This Privacy Policy applies to the Red Planet Creative Content Publisher ("the App"), a private automated content publishing tool developed and operated exclusively by Red Planet Creative ("we", "us", "our") for the purpose of scheduling and publishing pre-approved media content to Red Planet Creative's own social media accounts.
This App is not a public-facing product or service. It is a private internal tool used solely by Red Planet Creative and its associated artist brands (Stanley June, Rainchaser).
The App does not collect, store, or process personal data from any third-party users, because there are no third-party users. The App operates exclusively on behalf of its own developer.
The only data handled by the App is:
No data belonging to any other person is collected, processed, or stored.
Authentication credentials (OAuth tokens) are used solely to authenticate API requests to publish content to Red Planet Creative's own social media accounts. They are not used for any other purpose and are never transmitted to any party other than the respective platform APIs (TikTok, YouTube).
All data is stored within AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure in the EU West (Ireland) region. Access is restricted to Red Planet Creative's AWS account via IAM policies with least-privilege permissions.
The App interacts with the following platforms via their official APIs:
OAuth tokens are retained for as long as needed to operate the App. They may be revoked or deleted at any time through the respective platform's developer or account settings.
